Cold Stone Creamery - Grand Junction

I love going to Cold Stone. We had an amazing experience there last Tuesday and our worker was so nice. I think her name was Lilly and she was very helpful in picking out good ice cream choice.

Sister is allergic to chocolate and employee (lilly I think? Proceeded to talk her out of her entire order because it could be in contact with chocolate . In the past new packages have been opened but this girl seemed too lazy to want to accommodate a serious allergy. 0/10 would recommend, atleast as long as this girl is working there.

They messed up all of the orders except for 1 which got me mad but the flavoring is

Lobby is too small but the staff and flavors are always on point!! They have so many choices it's a great place for everyone to find what they want.

There was a puddle of water covering almost half the floor and NO WET FLOOR SIGN. There were many kids including mine. Lawsuit ready to happen. Also left half my icecream on the table where they mix it.
