Taco Bell - Grand Island

Went in ordered food. They were busy and I knew they were busy when I went in there I waited patiently it was like 10-15 minutes and I asked nicely where my order was at in line and the lady that was taking orders rudely snapped at me and I said I am working on it. Give me a break. After that I said why are u being rude to me I just asked a question she said well u just need to be patient. I then said I would like my money back and I will go somewhere else. Very rude experience at Taco Bell

Was extremely slow. Getting food to go from lobby. Food was good but don't plan on ever returning. Do not recommend.

Ordered a power menu bowl and got a crunchwrap. Really!!!! Don't just count the items please put more effort in to make sure items are correct. Come on.

Not only did I not get what I ordered, but I was also charged twice as much. If that wasn't bad enough, the food was absolutely awful. This location has steadily gone down hill in quality and service. This was my first visit in 6 months, and a firm reminder as to why.
