Subway - Grand Island

I had an excellent experience with fantastic service and a genuine smile during the free sandwich event today! The person at the counter was truly brilliant!

I was disappointed because the Haferfloss cookies were no longer available, and my sandwich, which had chipotle, was overloaded with it. I couldn’t enjoy my sandwich at all. I had requested a regular portion, not an extra serving.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor, and the staff were quite rude. Additionally, my online order was incorrect and I did not receive the sandwiches I requested.

Tried calling and I'm hung up on. I don't appreciate it. Tried calling Corporate because I know that the manager is unkind to others, especially her own family.
