Quality Inn And Conference Center I-80 Grand Island

I recently stayed at this hotel with a group for a conference, and we had a great experience. The staff was friendly, amusing, and accommodating. The conference room was spacious and well-maintained. Our rooms were clean and cozy as well. We definitely plan to return at the same time next year. Overall, the rooms were comfortable and quiet.

I’m happy to report that after my second stay at this hotel, it continues to impress with its clean, comfortable, and spacious accommodations that are well-appointed. Even though my room was located near the front entrance, pool, and elevator during a busy weekend, it was surprisingly quiet. The pool and hot tub were excellent spots to relax and unwind after a long day. Just like my previous visit, the buffet-style breakfast was quite good, with plenty of seating available. I would gladly choose to stay here again.

The experience was terrible. The fire alarms went off at least three times, and the front desk refused to issue refunds because the manager wouldn't return until Monday. The place was overrun with unsupervised children, and the pool was overcrowded with over 50 kids, making it unsafe. The front desk staff was unhelpful. Overall, I would rate the service a 1 out of 5.

Ok place to stay, decent breakfast but terrible customer service.We left a teddy bear behind. A week later while driving back home, we stopped to get it back. Stood there for >15 mins while she went to go get it, found out the housekeeper locked it up in her locker and wasn't working today. They offered to mail it back which I assumed, they would cover the cost since they didn't ask and I was standing in their lobby trying to get it.No, there was a 10 shipping fee and a 5 dollar handling fee that they charged our card.I called to complain since we were there in person trying to retrieve our item but due to their issues, they were unable to provide it to me while I was there.The manager said she'd investigate and watch the cameras if needed. They never followed up.

Nice comfy room. Great breakfast. Only negative a big negative is that we reported a problem with our door twice and nothing was done about it. If not slammed, the door would not close all the way.
