Mongolian Grill - Grand Island

The selection at this restaurant is quite limited, and the staff, all of whom are Mexican, struggle to understand customer requests. My husband ordered coffee, but instead, he was served what was described as Vietnamese coffee. When he asked for black coffee and sugar, two waitresses directed him to a sugar substitute. If you’re running a Chinese restaurant, it’s essential to have staff who are well-acquainted with the menu items. In comparison, North Platte has a fantastic Mongolian grill that offers ten times the selection and far superior service. North Platte’s Mongolian grill deserves a five-star rating across the board!

I really enjoy the food here; however, they could use some improved cleanliness. The surfaces are a bit too sticky.

We visited this restaurant and had a great experience with the food. We appreciated that we could choose our own toppings, which were all very fresh and didn’t seem to have been sitting out for days, unlike other places we've tried. We will definitely return!

The food was delicious and the service was excellent; however, I found chewed gum in my girlfriend's soda.

The food was good, but my daughters needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, the only available stall had a large square hole that looked into the men's restroom, and the other stall was out of order and taped shut, which created a rather uncomfortable atmosphere. My husband mentioned this to one of the staff members before we decided to leave. If they fix the hole permanently, we would be happy to return for the food.
