Papa Johns Pizza - Grand Forks

I would give no stars in this review if possible... I ordered delivery from their online ordering and had no problem with the promptness of the delivery or the food. However, my welcome matt went missing after the delivery. I 've had this matt for well over 10 years and never had a problem with it going missing or getting messed with until this delivery. The delivery driver mentioned, a couple of times, how much he liked the door matt. I said, thanks , in return and tipped the driver, only to have it gone missing right after this interaction. Now, is it just coincidence that he had mentioned this, and it just happens to go missing?.. Hard to believe. So, your welcome Papa John 's delivery guy, for the welcome matt. I will never be ordering from here again.

Was going to get a pizza however seems you guys hired out to a call center. And it would be nice if you would hire people who speak fluent English because I couldn't understand a word the lady was saying. I recommend that you get that problem fixed because I don't think I'm the only one that has hung up frustrated and ordered somewhere else. Some people don't want to use apps so until that's fixed I will not order Papa John's pizza anymore.

Ordered the 6.99 special and updated on two large pizzas, but received two medien. otherwise, pretty good pizza.

I called in to complain that my pizza was left on the floor outside of my apartment building and the manager hung up on me. If you are looking for a pizza, find a different place that will give you hot pizza on time and doesn't leave it on the floor when delivered

Terrible place to get pizza!!! Everytime I call to get a late night pizza from here, they always call with an excuse as to why they can't make the pizza, or that they only have one delivery drive, and it will be to long of a wait for us to make the pizza!!! This last time, it was even from the Manager of the papa Johns!!! Yikes!!! I suggest getting a pizza from anywhere else, but here!!!
