Paola's Pastries - Grand Forks

Their cake's are so amazing! Forgot everything about basic wedding cake flavors vanilla, chocolate, and almond. For our rehearsal dinner we had a S'more's cake, and for our wedding we had a chocolate chip cookie dough cake and a salted caramel mocha cake with bourbon buttercream frosting (yum! . My husband and I went to three bakeries for tastings prior to ordering our wedding cake. Paola's was the only one that provided us with actual tasting cakes and not just mini cupcakes. They are responsive and easy to work with. After I had a terrible experience at another bakery, Paola's took care of all of my needs with no added stress! I would highly recommend them to anyone for any bakery needs.

Looove the decoration, the local art, and the baked goods! Sooo delicious, great quiet little late morning sweet spot! Staff is friendly and always smiling, really increases the atmospheric value!
