Ihop - Grand Forks

Waited over an hour for food order. Went on Sunday March 10/ 2024 10:00am. Ordered simple breakfast and only got coffee. 5 tables after we arrived and sat down and placed our order received their food order before we even got any food. No food and the service was really bad. Was informed that the delay in our food was due to getting the takeout orders done. Spoke to the manager Marvin and he apologized for the situation and was told that there was absolutely no excuse for not getting out our food order. Left with no food and will never return.

I enjoyed being at this IHOP location. Very nice service, and very little wait time. People here are polite, and the food was on point. I didn't have one complaint about anything. A must stop location for a good breakfast.

The day I went it took a long time to assign us a table and it was almost empty, the food was average, they should work more on customer service, several people left because they were waiting for a table to be assigned!
