Egeo Tci - Grace Bay

When we arrived, we found that it was permanently closed and undergoing construction!

We traveled quite a distance to get to this restaurant, only to discover that it was closed. I'm puzzled as to why OpenTable lets you make a reservation when the restaurant isn't open.

THE RESTAURANT IS CLOSED… IT HAS GONE OUT OF BUSINESS… PLEASE UPDATE YOUR RECORDS! WE HAD A RESERVATION FOR NEW YEAR'S EVE, and thankfully someone informed us two days prior, allowing us to make alternative plans. JUST IMAGINE HOW UPSET WE WOULD HAVE BEEN IF WE HAD ARRIVED FOR OUR 9 PM RESERVATION ON NYE ONLY TO FIND THE PLACE DARK! I EMAILED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, but it seems like those messages go unread. THERE'S NOBODY TO SPEAK TO AT YOUR COMPANY... THIS IS DISGRACEFUL AND VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I booked this restaurant over 6 weeks ago Apparently it shut down in August , and is certainly not going to re open

Food was excellent. Waitress was pleasant but took forever for meal to come. Tables around us left and large delay in 1 of our party getting their food. The hostess was very unfriendly and saw her arguing loudly with waitress which made things very uncomfortable
