That was our best meal in Turks and Caicos. Servers were knowledgeable. We have the fresh catch and it was wonderful. My daughter also has the Burrata salad. She's super sensitive and hasn't been sick. Very recommended!

Bruschetta was very good. Scallop risotto was okay,chicken Caesar was bad. Gnocchi and lobster pasta were tasty.

Beautiful setting. Food and drink were very expensive, which I suppose should be expected for a Ritz-Carlton. (The least expensive glass of wine was $22 for a wine we can buy back home for less than $16/bottle. Salad, bruschetta and the crispy cracker-type bread were delicious. Pasta bolognese and spaghetti with tomatoes and basil were good, but very rich. I would guess they add butter and/or cream to their sauces. Service was excellent. We ate outside and a saxophone player for a small wedding party was perfect background music.
