The people here are always so friendly and the menu hits all the notes you'd want from a roadside Mexican food stand; tacos, burritos, Gorditas, flautas, chimichangas, you name it. Every time I go downeast and am in the mood for a tasty, cheap meal, this is my go-to! Today we both got the enchilada dinner with shredded beef. The servings were large without being too large, the beans were homemade, and the enchiladas had carrots and potatoes which made them feel extra special. We're a lesbian couple and I'm trans and they treat us just as well as anyone else. If you're LGBT this is one-off the better places to eat in downeast Maine!
Love this place, food is always fresh and homemade right there and then when you place your order. Waiting time may be a little long but the food is so good, it's worth it. Nice variety of hot sauces. Super friendly owners.
Great Mexican food, amazing prices. Chorizo tacos supreme were tasty! The location was wrong on Apple Map. The correct location is at the corner of Route 1 and Old Route 1.
Found this place while camping at Schoodic Woods, great little place and very authentic. Great prices, $1.75/2.25 for soft tacos.
Yum! Authentic, cheap, and delicious! Friendly, happy service. Don't follow Google directions. It's right on Route 1, where it meets Old Route 1. This place is a gem!
