Pizza Hut - Goshen

Placed on order on a Sunday at 6:30 pm. Delivery orders are able to be placed until 7, and then the store closes at 8. At 9 pm I still have no food, the store never contacted me, and calling the store goes straight to a machine saying they are closed. Looking at other reviews, this location should be placed under new management or shut down.

I wished I had took photos but the pizza my husband ordered was supposed to have been the Hawaiian pizza it didn't look at all like it should have. Sad excuse for a pizza barely any toppings at all disappointed even the meat lovers was did wrong these were medium size pizzas over pizza hut never again yes I'm sounding like a Karen but I don't care

40 minutes waiting time turned into 70 minutes waiting time after the order was completed. then, if I decided to cancel the order because of the waiting time, no one would answer the call. I was separated twice after lonely waiting for someone to answer. ends up to the facility to cancel the order verbally to not waste their personal time resources. welcome!

I was at work and I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut, however they never delivered the pizza. Never actually got anything back but a text saying that my pizza is delivered. The whole entire staff decided they wanted pizza so they put in an order as well, my order was put in from 6pm was supposed to arrive at 8:30 to no avail no call nothing just a text saying that my delivery was on the way never got it my team lead came back with their pizza saying that they canceled the order I then called and the store whoever picked up the phone he was very disrespectful and defying terrible experience. The guy who works there now did not give his name he refused said he no obligated to get me any information.

The management went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect! All very nice young men. Would highly recommend this pizza hut to anyone. Andrew and Xavier were exceptionally great!
