Mcdonald's - Goshen

This has to be the worst experience I've ever had. There were only a few customers inside and outside. The French fries were old and limp. In all my visits to McDonald's, I have never had bad chicken. Usually, they are golden brown, but this time they were dark brown from being cooked and left in cold oil for hours before being served to me. Despite there being a dozen staff members working, there was no excuse for the poor quality of food. I won't be returning to this McDonald's again.

What a disaster. I placed an order through DoorDash for almost $60 worth of food, but only received half of my order. The driver called to inform me that there was only one bag. I tried calling the restaurant three times, but no one answered. When I arrived at the restaurant, I couldn't even enter the lobby. After waiting for 20 minutes and watching cars drive away, I finally realized that a message blaring over the loudspeaker repeated that they were not taking orders at that time. This place has consistently gotten my order wrong for almost 2 years, and once again, they have managed to mess it up.

The sandwich was served cold, the cheese was not melted, the soda was flat, and the hash brown was overcooked. Additionally, the woman at the register seemed eager to make changes to my order. It made me question how much extra money she might be making on the side.

This McDonald's is terrible. Ordered the 10 piece nugget meal today and you could clearly tell the oil hasn't been changed in days. The fries were brown and burnt and disgusting, and the nuggets were the same. Horrible service and customer service is a straight up joke here. Won't be doing business with them again. Avoid at all cost.
