Dunkin' - Goshen

Super busy late morning. The lady was very nice and accused after she realized what happened. I would recommend going there although they are busy cam as long as you check your bag, the good and coffee are parallel in Goshe .

I gave Dunkin another chance and I'm glad I did. The last couple of times I was there. There were girls who only played there phones and had the rude attitudes. Since before work to try the cake battery latte. The lady in the window was super friendly and sweet, greeted with a hi how are you? And a beautiful day I've never experienced this kind of kindness in Dunkin.

I was at this location on 10/7/22. not only was there a half an inch of water on the bathroom floor from being mopped improperly as well as two wasps in the restaurant, myself and 7 other patrons witnessed a so-called manager (Lisa) verbally attack anemployee. after making said employee cry, Lisa sent her to the back. while gone, the manager (who made no effort to keep hervoice down) continued to talk trash about the employee for everyone in the restaurant to hear. to allow a manager to treat theiremployees like that is absolutely disgraceful, not to mention the other previously stated issues as well.

This is a good DD, gets orders right and are friendly. It takes a little longer here, but I think it's because they're short on help!

Pulled up there and ordered two drinks and some stuffed croissant s. It took 5 tries to order with the rep not able to understand what I was saying and trying to confirm but getting g it wrong several times. When I got to the window, she hadleft off one drink (after confirming that order twice) so while she was trying to make the drink another female employee who waswearing a shirt just long enough to cover her breasts but little else was standing completely in the way with her arms up andstretching while two male employees were taking a step back to admire the show while also standing in the way. The onlyemployee who was actually working handed our drink out as my daughter realized that a croissant was missing. When I brought itup she was ready to run my daughters debit card a second time. I de idea we didn't really have time for all that and left. Surely one day people will figure out a way to tell people that certain things are inappropriate in the workplace.
