Pelicans Landing - Gordonville

Was a small restaurant on lake and was well worth it, the prices were decent and the waitress worked their butts off.. I can't wait to go back, I'm thinking in the wi ter next time.

Waitress was very sweet but slow due to needing more servers. My salad was good but, a little small for the price. The fried chicken was excellent on the salad though! Calamari was chewy. Our lunch friends were excellent company!

During our drive through the area, we decided to stop at this restaurant for breakfast. I called ahead to check if they were dog-friendly. Since it was the July 4th holiday weekend, they offered a delightful breakfast buffet. We were quickly seated indoors by the staff, who were very courteous and friendly. The food was continually replenished, served hot and fresh. With the buffet setup, we didn't have to wait long to start enjoying our meal. The spread included standard breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, and fresh fruit. With a pleasant view, a welcoming atmosphere, and a delicious all-you-can-eat buffet, our experience was fantastic for my family and me!

I visited on a Saturday morning and found that they had a buffet set up similar to those you might see in a hotel. It was quite good. The building itself was unique, featuring appealing decor and a pleasant atmosphere. There were several dining areas, a nice-looking bar, and what seemed to be a small stage for live music, although I’m not sure if it’s actually used for that. Overall, I had a nice experience and I would definitely return when I'm back in the area.

Wow! Everything was fantastic! The staff was wonderful, especially Devin, who was incredibly attentive to my dog. Not only was my pup allowed on the porch, but he could also stay inside in the air conditioning. A dog-friendly AC area is just beyond amazing! The cocktails were truly spectacular too, but you do need a membership card to drink, which is only $5 for the whole year. Plus, the blackened catfish was incredibly tender and flavorful—absolutely delicious! Hats off to the chef!
