Hardee’s - GORDONSVILLE

The man who took our order was friendly and that 's the only good thing about this visit. Our food order was given piecemeal so we didn 't get to eat at the same time. The $28 8-piece chicken meal was given to us in a dirty box, and we received 3 thighs and 1 breast instead of two of each. When I asked about it, I was told bluntly that 's all there is . We were dining in at about 4:30 so there should have been plenty of all pieces. No partial refund was offered. One thigh smelled bad when I took off the breaded crust. Another thigh was still quite red inside. There were also flies and beetles crawling around the floor near the counter. The bathroom was disgusting. Should have listened to the reviews. Ordered through the drive-thru and it took forever to get to the window. Got the Nashville hot tenders and fries with a drink. There's floating bits in my drink, fries were cold and the Nashville hot just has a powdery chalky dry rub on them. Not to mention the tenders were like leather. They went in the trash. 12$ wasted. I literally just left, got back to work and they forgot a burger! I only ordered 3 burgers and a shake not a hard order, they didn't give me my receipt or third burger, I knew when it was a freaking idiot child at the register it would be messed up, so mad right now, now I don't get to eat lunch thanks! Beverage was more water than soda. Frisco Burger was cold and bread wasn't toasted, fries where barely warm. Had to ask for lids for our drinks. Floor's were dirty mats were filthy and stained.
