The Salad Station - Gonzales

Was pleasantly surprised with the selections, quality of meat and staff. I really like that the place was very clean. Best place in town for salads. Dressings tasted homemade. Has soup, potato bar, baked chicken and veggies. Sold by weight, very reasonable prices. Good job!

I went to Salad Station around 12:45 on the tail end of the quarantine. As for quarantine standards, all staff was wearing gloves and masks except for the cashier. She also left her post and handled food after. The tables were closer than 6ft, but they made the efforts of 6ft apart in the line. As for the service, it was great. The staff was nice and pleasant. They weren't goofing off, but constantly working. I would say though that they had one lady on internet orders and sometimes she was the only one behind the salad bar. So just having more availability to staff members might have been better there. The food was good, wouldn't say great, but it is fresh and everything looks clean and well taken care of. It was my second time at a salad station and I haven't quite found what I like from the menu, but it's a good place to go for a healthy meal for sure.

Ok..... ok.... was a bit surprised at the selection of all the meats cheeses and hot topings for a salad! The soups and dressings were all fresh. Will come back soon!

Ordered a Salad through Waitr... WOW. I am very happy with what Salad Station put together and very pleased with the care Waitr provided with delivering this beauty. Look at the salad! Fresh ingredients and taste amazing. Will order again soon.
