Kol's Cafe - Goleta

I ordered the Ice Caramel Macchiato, and it was exactly as described on the menu. They used Peet's coffee, and there was caramel drizzled along the inner edges of the cup. If there was any caramel sweetener added, it was all settled at the bottom and not mixed in. There were no surprises with my order. I went in a little before 1:00 PM on the Friday before Halloween weekend. My classes were empty, so the area was relatively quiet at that time. Kol's had only three other customers nearby, which I appreciated—it was nice and peaceful. There was just one guy working behind the counter, and for some reason, one of the female staff members was sitting in the customer area. I didn’t want to see how long I had to wait for my coffee since my class at IV Theater was approaching. The guy serving me almost missed a phone call while he was making my iced coffee.
