Good - Goleta

What a charming little bar, tucked away where you wouldn't expect to find one! It's connected to a modest motel, yet the bar exudes class and style. There's a great selection of drinks and appetizers, plus a lovely outdoor patio. They host trivia nights on certain evenings and have a loyal group of regulars that adds to the atmosphere. It's a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a delicious cocktail.

I visited on a Wednesday night, and it wasn't too crowded. The bartender was very friendly and crafted some fantastic drinks. As a martini enthusiast, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to try the orange bitters martini, and it certainly lived up to the hype. It was a perfect way to wrap up the evening after enjoying dinner from the restaurant across the lobby.

During my stay at the Best Western next door, my schedule was mostly occupied with work, leaving little time for anything else. While walking to the Valero gas station for some snacks and a drink, I stumbled upon this bar. They boasted an impressive whiskey selection, and Ryan, the bartender, crafted an excellent old-fashioned. I ended up visiting two more times during my work trip in Goleta. This place truly became a wonderful refuge for me as a tired traveler.

Great place for a romantic date! Amazing service at the bar!

Drinks are good, service is usually good, and decor is contemporary, unique and fun. Only real downside is lack of comfortable seating.
