Fuji Buffet Grill - Glendale

The sashimi was excellent - fresh and tasty. The kumpao chicken bites were spicy and delicious. The service was great and they offered bottomless sugar-free soda. Overall, the food was very good, although the clam chowder was more like a potato soup.

I am surprised this restaurant is still in business. They recently switched to a pay-first service, which is no wonder considering the quality of the food. Upon seeing the offerings, we almost left immediately. The crab legs were served on ice every 5-10 minutes, the soups were dry and flaky, the fruits were old, dry, and yellowed, there was hair in the ice cream that was self-serve, and the dimsum selection was limited. I am concerned about the possibility of getting food poisoning from eating here.

There is a wide variety of food options at this restaurant, but nothing particularly stands out for the price of $26 per person plus an additional $1.99 for a drink. The cleanliness of the place could be improved in my opinion. The grill was a nice feature with a good selection of basic veggies and meats. The sushi station was decent, as was the typical fried food section. The dessert bar could use some more options. One area that needs improvement is the Ice Cream serving area, where customers can scoop their own ice cream. I witnessed a child using the scooper to taste ice cream before putting it in his bowl, so perhaps it would be better to have staff serving the ice cream instead. Overall, I don't think I will be returning as the price does not match the quality of the food. With some tender loving care, this large restaurant has the potential to look and be much better than it currently is.

Pretty decent buffet with a variety of foods. this is an Asian buffet so mostly it consists of sushi and Chinese dishes.

Cook where you select your raw meat and noodles is very rude. No customer service as seem he hates his job. When asked about which meat is what because there was no sign, he replied just get whatever you want it's all meat (But one was dark one was bright red n we were asking the difference) only reason one star was because waitress was nice and food is ok. I didnt want to get anything anymore after the bad service and only stayed to eat because it was for my in laws Birthday. I will never go back again.
