Great little local cafeService was greatNice and warm insideFood was great with plenty of options depending on how hungry you are.
A nice coffee. Thank God they have got rid of the paddle boards to serve breakfast. A Ludicrous idea.
When you walk in the place is well lit and airy due to it's minimal and simple furniture and old school twist to the place. To me St. Zita's is a hot choccie and a friendly chat to Sonja working tirelessly on the coffee machine and a haven to break up my work day. I have eaten in and taken away and constantly get blown away by the genuinely friendly service I get from the team. The food is a good range! I have been here for both lunch and breakfast and I will say that The Sacred Plate is one of my favourite meals I have had from there! I also had the corn fritters whilst they were quite tasty I felt there was too much going on the plate and it was quite herby for my liking. Overall I would suggest St Zita's to anyone in the Glenhuntly area and surrounding suburbs.
The fruit toast was great, but the coffee was below par. It was good that the menu had vegetarian items without eggs. The staff were overly familiar. I do not like being referred to as "guys". Still they were doing good business with the placed close to capacity.
