Absolutely love this little place. The customer service is immaculate and the food is delicious. The prices are very reasonable for the quality. Love this place and recommend it to all my friends.

I’m never satisfied after Japanese.... I always come away feeling a little empty and a little... it all tastes the same. This was the closest to fulI have ever gotten, with a salmon and tuna sashimi bento box with flavours to die for! Sashimi gorgeous, miso... yum, vegie croquette could have eaten a few, seaweed and garden salads were fresh and full of yummy sesame flavours. But the serious winner here (apart from all the great tastes above was the fried tofu... I could have eaten a plateful just of that! I’ll be back :

You will have to squeeze into here on the rainy Saturday night that we attended, it was pretty much cheek to jowl, which speaks much to the popularity of the food here. The tiny kitchen is just barely partitioned off where the Japanese chef sweats over the food. The menu is unfussy, filled with classic Japanese dishes, each prepared lovingly and full of flavour. The Salmon Hot Pot was outstanding (we fought over drinking the broth) and the Toro sashimi was fresh and vibrant. Fantastic value for really delicious food.

This little restaurant serves honest and delicious Japanese food. Traditional selection with classic dishes well made. A got to place for Japanese food for locals and non. Highly recommended.

Friendly service with an excellent but not overwhelming variety of dishes. sashimi was very fresh and the hotpot was delicious.
