HuTong Peking Duck and Dumpling

The soup dumplings are amazing but I found the other dishes to be just ok. The atmosphere is nice and service is efficient but it is a little expensive so I think there is better Chinese in the area.

A family group enjoyed lunch here for a birthday celebration. It was excellent though the front door stays open when guests arrive causing a cold blast through seats near the door. AVOID THEM on cold days! The food though is excellent and service is pretty snappy so a delicious meal need not take long.

We visited for a team lunch a few weeks back. Friendly table service and efficient. We tried a wide range of meals- steamed dumplings, peking duck rolls, fried rice, pork buns and a few others. Everything was served hot, and tasted delicious.I would highly recommend this restaurant, and cant wait to come back for some more dumplings and peking duck! Yum

A perfect location for a Sunday family event. Excellent yum cha with truly delicious dumplings. Staff are helpful and relaxed offering a delicious and tempting range of items to choose from. Duck was especially good. But they should get the front door to close automatically. Many leave it open and on a cold windy day it howled through!

I visited here after the hotel staff recommended me. The waitress pointed to my seat and told me to sit...then, They barged into me as I was walking to my seat and really hurt me...then the waitress didnt bring me a menu for a while...ultimately the food was a huge dissapointment......The soup was so foul I nearly gagged...tasted like off meat. The dumplings were thick and doughy....also not hot and xiao long bao did not contain any soup! $33 later they ignored me so I had to take the bill to the counter...no one spoke to me they just passed me the eftpos to put a tip in!!?? Fat chance. Then I mentioned I didn't enjoy or even finish my meal and the girl said nothing and shrugged. .. DO NOT GO THERE.
