Timbah - GLEBE

Beautiful evening in an intimate place in glebe. beautiful weine, great music and excellent eating. it has probably helped that callan smith was by master ruhm in the kitchen. we're coming back. Thank you!

A nice place to have a drink or two served with some great bar eating snacks or bee on offer this was our third place to visit in the frame of the glebe tasting treks. we had salmon blinis to wake up the appetit. we finished with a cheeseboard and beautiful glasses wein. there was a super creamy cheese on board, the definitiw a highlight for most on this food tour was this weinbar is definitely a great place to hang as a great end of an evening with wein and cheese or as a stand-alone for cozy evening with friends or family.

It is always a beautiful experience. the eating itself was not the highlight, but the atmosphere and the mood is always pleasant! especially if there was live music! can not be a good cheese, beautiful wine and sounds of an acoustic gitarre beat to start the evening or finish a long day.

A wine cellar and a bar in the neighbourhood, which offers an extensive range of international and local weeps, timbah is a friendly and welcoming bar for gleebe residents. the prices were reasonable, but marked by a few dollars over these great super markets. I wanted to try her bar food and bought a giant back after I knew that her kitchen was only opened at 4 o'clock. it will be better that they give the cash a call or check their side before they visit them.

I have never tried tapas before, so I was so excited when my friend told us she was treating us here for her birthday dinner. A bit difficult to find after getting off from the tram and Google maps made it worse finding this gem but, we eventually got there after a fair bit of walking. Although we were late for our booking, the lady still welcomed us with the smile on her face and she was like a concerned mom, which was refreshing. My friend ordered all the tapas on the menu and I loved all of them as they were good portion sizes, seasoned well and absolutely tasty.
