This place is just a great Fish & Chip takeaway shop. It's your classic joint smelling of chip fat and salt & vinegar. It's exactly what you imagine when you think of fish & chips. I got a works burger for $6.50 and it was perfect. Nuff said.

This place is nostalgic for me. I grew up in the burbs of Brisbane and since moving to Sydney have not found many suburban fish and chip places not near the beach (I suppose not living in the burbs will do that). I love this little joint on glebe point road. It is cheap and nasty and yummy!!! Cheap fish and chips any day of the week for me! *** My considerations: 1. Food 2. Value 3. Service 4. Atmosphere. All weighed evenly but Food/Value receive more weight when a tiebreak is required! *** My scale: Take note that this is of course all based on my unqualified opinion! 5: Extraordinary and should never be dished out easily! 4.5: The benchmark and would travel to eat here. 4: Excellent. First option when making food plans. 3.5: Would settle here if stumbled across it. 3: Average but not in a rush to come back. 2.5: Edible but not coming back. 2: Falling short of expectation in 3 of 4 considerations. 1: Should shut up shop. ***
