I discovered the real generosity of Limosin, a region with fresh meat, delicious mushrooms (autumn) and the authentic French cuisine Maindish : grilled duck chest, duck braised in red wine with chestnut and mushrooms. Side dish: grilled potatoes (gratin dauphinois) bakes and dipped in fresh cream! A must-try restaurant of connaisseurs!!!
