That being said, would I change anything about the experience? Probably not. While I wish I had known all the details upfront instead of just nodding and smiling when told we needed to add the snow crab to the bisque, I wouldn't take it back. We got to give my in-laws an unforgettable experience on their first visit to a ski resort and their first multi-course dinner. It felt great to be able to treat them to such a wonderful occasion. Just remember to read the fine print and be aware of the additional side prices, because they can add up quickly. Oh, and keep in mind there's a 20% gratuity. All in all, enjoy the experience; it truly was wonderful.

This restaurant was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was impeccable. The views were stunning, and the food was delicious. I could eat the scallop bisque all day and night—OMG, it was absolutely incredible! While the drinks were just okay, the overall experience and outstanding food more than compensated for it. I highly recommend this restaurant; the beauty of the views was truly breathtaking.
