Wanted to purchase large amounts of coffee for when a family member passed away. The person on the phone seemed annoyed with the call. They told me that I didnt need to pre-order, even tho the website said to call ahead. Anyway i got there and asked for 2- 12cup boxes and they said i would have to wait. I told them the person on the phone said i wouldnt have to. Then they had 2 boxes on the side and said oh here it is. ..

Super busy location. I ordered a few timbits and 3 drinks. It took at least 10 min for the order, I feel like it was longer. Nothing exceptional or awful about this location.

Waiting time is too much; after waiting so long I got wrong drinks. Staff having a hard time to understand the order.
