We 've been to this coffee shop a few times, but we had a dismal experience here today. Had to send food back twice for being underdone, eggs tasted off (most likely the oil), had a hard time getting the waitresses to assist, manager was hovering around but not paying attention to a table with obvious issues. The waitress didn 't communicate to the manager that there was an issue either, I had to speak with him afterwards. They also didn 't honour the free Americano special they advertised at the front door. Service and product has slipped since I 've been here last.

Really disappointing breakfast experience. Cappuccinos cold by the time order arrived. Remnants of a toothpick buried in the omlette made it inedible. Little interest shown by Manager/Owner. Generally poor service and little to write home about. I expected so much more. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
