Cutters Point Coffee - Gig Harbor

Used to be great. Miss how it was back then. I've been a loyal customer for years and years and it's just not the same anymore. Prices went up, service went down and the quality just isn't anything that any other coffee shop can do

I’ve been a customer for 6+ years. The staff has gone downhill and so has management. They care more about making it look more esthetic but hire grouchy people and the drinks are nothing like they used to be. Such a bummer. Only reason they get an extra star is for the one gal that is always smiling and seems to bring the only glimmer of happiness to the place. Maybe they changed ownership or something, not sure but probably won’t be back

Friendly staff but not much options as far as drinks. Nice environment to sit and enjoy.

Generally, this is a great spot, but they unfortunately messed up my order despite me repeating it three times. I ordered a single latte, and it wasn't busy or rushed at all. It seemed like the staff member had other things on her mind, so I decided to leave and go somewhere else.

This is definitely my favorite local coffee company! It's always a delightful experience when I visit Gig Harbor. ❤️ Food: 5/5
