The Brick Cafe - George Town

The best place in town for any venue, meal or to just relax. The atmosphere of this place is just wonderful! The owners are such beautiful, warm and welcoming people. They make you feel at home. And the food! Truly amazing! A place well worth checking out! You will never want to leave this place.

The cooking class here is a must do whilst in Georgetown! We followed an amazing family recipe to make chicken curry with wonderful help from Lisa, who was very patient and so chilled whilst we asked questions and cooked away. Would highly recommend the food at Brick Cafe. It's the perfect place for a nice relaxing meal or even just a drink, whatever takes your fancy!

Just went there this afternoon for a lunch. Turned out i have a best lunch meal for the whole week! The owner husband and wife are very friendly. The place a good without noise from busy road eventhough quite hidden. And no worries about wifi. Its a quality time with music and meal and friends. Live the moment travellers!

The Brick Café is an excellent place for a meal and a drink and we were treated very warmly by the staff and the chef. We had friends recommend that we try a Penang Laksa and the Brick Café delivered a Laksa we wont forget in a hurry, it was sensational!!!! If you are ever in Georgetown then try them out, you wont be disappointed!!!

A sweet little Bar and Malay Restaurant in the heart of Georgetown. The Owners are a german malay couple and he often plays super good live music while she is offering malay cooking classes. I’ve been there several times during my stay in georgetown and i had a lovely time. Can highly recommend the cooking class! Lisa is an amazing chef und and teaches you the real malay kitchen.
