The Melting Pot- Gatlinburg

The food was great but our service was not. We were seated fast with our order taken promptly, but after finishing our cheese fondue we did not see our waitress for an hour. We were given incorrect drink orders and were unable to fix the mistake because we did not see our waitress for an hour. Outside of having a bad waitress the food was amazing.

It’s good. The food is average and the server we had was great. One of our pots was too hot (it was oil so it’s obviously a concern as that could splatter). Another server came by and was pretty rude telling us that it was way to hot and that someone could get hurt. We were puzzled since we didn’t even know how to turn them on? Maybe she just had a long night. Other than that the meal was fine. If you going, skip the dinner and just get cheese and dessert. That’s the best option.

Service was great and the food is excellent, as always.

Food was amazing and our waitress was the best we have had yet. Awesome place!

Terrible and overpriced. Go get yourself a proper meal elsewhere
