The most disappointing aspect of the experience was the long wait for cold food. The customer service was very poor, with all but one staff member being rude. This restaurant is more suited for younger kids in terms of kid-friendliness.

We spent a large portion of the day at the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort Water Park, like many others. After swimming and playing in the water, we worked up an appetite. The most convenient option for a quick bite to eat was the Roaring Fork Snack Bar. What we liked was that you could come in straight from the pool (wearing shirts and dried off with a towel is encouraged) and enjoy a meal. The menu may be small, but it covers all the essentials for both children and adults. Some of the portions are quite generous, my salad was particularly huge! Every dish was tasty and satisfying, really hitting the spot and giving us the energy to continue enjoying the day. The standout feature of this place is the staff - they are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and skilled at preparing delicious meals quickly. Regardless of whether you are a Westgate owner or just a visitor, they make you feel like part of the family. If you have kids who enjoy swimming, I highly recommend spending the day at the water park and grabbing a meal at Roaring Fork. It promises a day full of fun and full bellies!

During our stay at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort and Water Park, we visited the snack bar at the water park multiple times. We were impressed by the quality of the food. I ordered the grilled chicken Caesar Salad and my wife got the Southern Style salad with grilled chicken. The grilled chicken was flavorful and there was plenty of it! We have visited three times so far and each experience has been fantastic. Our granddaughter enjoyed the corn dog and grilled cheese from the kids menu. The staff was very friendly as well.

Food was okay but 2 kids meals cost 17 dollars. It's more for the ease and comfort of being able to eat at the waterpark and still stay there. Overall grade: B

A bit pricey for our large crew we had a snack and the fries were piping hot and delicious! Liked the convenience but wish the drinks were much bigger!
