Burg Steakhouse - Gatlinburg

Enjoyed this gem of a steakhouse when visiting Gatlinburg for the first time. Went for lunch at 11am. Definitely recommend the lunch menu special pricing...you can add the bar to the meal you select. I got the T- bone steak it was amazing..seasoned andperfectly cooked to order. The salad and hot bar were outstanding! So many options! All fresh, well seasoned hot items. Freshveggies fruit and lots of toppings and dressings! Very friendly and attentive staff! Our server Ashley was wonderful!

Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed eating at the Burg Steakhouse when we have visited Gatlinburg. Go and enjoy!

I was with a group that got swooned by the two guys outside marketing to “go right up stairs for the best dinner”. First of all, that is not appetizing for me. Secondly, our server could not have been less thrilled to be there. Zero happiness from him. I felt like a burden even sitting down. Nice part, every meal came with the full service buffet. Bad part, all the veggies were dried out and looking like they’d sat in the fridge for days. The bro and cauliflower were turning brown. Food came out super fast. The burger looked incredibly pale, bun, toppings and all. French dip was fine. I kept getting weird smells inside. Couldn’t tell if it was the food or atmosphere. It wasn’t a terrible experience but there’s gotta be something more enjoyable on the strip. And it showed as everywhere else was packed and this place was empty.

Fast service but the food was sub par t bone was like a breakfast steak, thin tough , burger was dry toppings were skimpy

This was our first visit and met our expectations, and then some the service was excellent, Our server was Ysland she was awesome!!!! We will be back in January.
