Big Bear Pizza And Subs - Gatlinburg

This is a perfect place to order when you move to the cabin at 9:30 and would like a delicious pizza. Big Bear said to deliver 1 hour and came in 43 minutes! Each 1 star rating is just impatient people without appreciation.

It was a crazy Saturday here in Gatlinburg, with 2 hours waiting everywhere. We decided to call Big Bear Pizza, as recommended by our hotel. The woman's answer was very professional and patient. We ordered 2 of their special pizzas and a middle part for the children. She told us about half a dozen cookies. To be fair when the children heard cookies on the phone, they demanded it so that it was not just a hard sale. Time from the call to our hotel door: 30 minutes. What is AMAZINGLY FAST in my experience. Delivery driver was professional and friendly. The pizza was DELICIOUS. Cookies were warm and seemed freshly baked. Also delicious a perfect compliment for pizza as a dessert. Will order the next time!

Placed a large order when visiting Gatlinburg. I have to dance to the door fresh and hot in much less time the 45 minutes she told us it was. We discovered the wrong pizza (they were really busy this night) and they prioritized the order and had a new one delivered within 30 minutes. Food was excellent, staff was great.

Very good food. WAY BETTER THEN PIZZERIA by GATLINBURG!!!! The delivery was quick and friendly. And food is very good. Just reason not to give 5 stars, the garlic knots are just bread spins with nothing on them. But the kids still ate it, so it's a victory for me.

I had the fastest delivery service ever from this place. I ordered 2 x-large pizzas (1 pepperoni and 1 Buffalo chicken pizza with no onions) as well as 2 bottles of soda (2 liters), and a cheeseburger with only ketchup. The lady on the phone told me 45 minutes to an hour for delivery, I was ok with it. I hear a knock on the door, I look down at my watch, it's only been 17 minutes since I placed my order, sure enough the delivery driver was there with my complete order. I even checked it, to make sure that there was no onions on the Buffalo chicken pizza, and only ketchup on the cheeseburger and sure enough everything was exactly how I ordered it. This was my first time ordering from there and everything tasted great! I'll be ordering from them again.
