Qdoba Mexican Eats - Gastonia

Good food, friendly staff but dirty floors and bad smell. UPDATE: I came back Monday July 29th 8PM and I was ready to order and I was greeted by a young woman and Right away I felt her attitude, I requested to have white rice with my bowl which she refused to serve me the rice that was freshly cooked.. I even asked her to please serve me the white rice with the fresh cilantro, she replied back NO until the old rice is done. Smh.. never heard of this in my life. This is such bad customer service and just bad experience. Overall the food felt Meh and I even had a stomachache after. I also found out she was the Manager. She also gave attitude to my friend after she clearly asked her if the Queso was spicy and the manager said NO it's not spicy. She needs to learn her menu better and treat customers with a better attitude. So disappointed that my favorite place is run by a 1 bad manager. I'm not coming back for a while.

I ordered three tacos with lettuce, cheese, and extra sour cream for $13, but this is what I received: no cheese and no extra sour cream. I'm really disappointed!

I ordered for the first time today through UberEats, and I found the bowl and queso to be much more flavorful than Chipotle. I would have given it five stars, but the rice was hard, making it difficult to enjoy since it's the base of the bowl. Additionally, the portion size was smaller than I expected. If the rice had been cooked properly, I would have happily given it five stars.

Really can't rate the food because they advertise that they are open till 10. Showed up about 9:15 and the doors were locked. They looked like they were cleaning up, actually looked up at me but went to back. Don't advertise 10 if you don't stay open till then. So make sure you get there early cause apparently they close earlier than they say!! Won't make the drive back again!!

The portions are quite small for a high price, and it's not worth it. I recommend staying away and spending your money elsewhere until they start offering proper portion sizes again. I found that half of my bowl was barely filled. I used to leave satisfied after a meal here, but now I walked away feeling hungry.
