Jia Asian Fusion Sushi - Gastonia

Visit my son in Gastonia NC. We like to try new foods. Food, service and atmosphere were great. Prices appropriate.

That was my first time here. My wife got the lunch Teriyaki chicken with roasted rice, I got the Mongolian joy that was phenomenal. We also tried the crabs rangoons and they were a little small, but very tasty. I would recommend coming over PF changs every day, based on my first visit.

We heard how good this place was and it's almost sitting @5:30. The food was delicious and original. You have a lot of table if you want to spend time with friends or just your husband.

This place is phenomenal. It is my third visit (only for me) and it is always a pleasant surprise. The staff is always so great and welcoming especially for those who are not familiar with this type of food, because it can be intimidating order sushi if you can not see it first or one of the many fusion plates, but they are very helpful in this way. I try something different every time and every time I was not satisfied with my decisions. I have to say that Bulgolgi is excellent with white rice and the Miami role is something I could eat daily. The raven is also great. I lived in South Korea for a year and fell in love with Bogolgi and it's the best I had personally. I couldn't talk more about this place. If you are curious or in the mood for Asian fusion, I suggest you give this place a try.

I was told this was the best sushi place in Gastonia and $58 dollars later and could not be more preoccupied for the definition of the word Best ?. I ordered 5 different types of sushi rolls and I skipped lunch to save room for the sushi so I ate them anyways. The flavor was fresh but I am still trying to remember what they had. When a meal is great and memorable, you will remember every detail about it. The service was great although there was a ?weed? smell around our table and coincidentally was stronger when our server came to our table. That was very uncomfortable. I saw other dishes served at other tables and they looked amazing. I might give it another try with something else but sushi no more. Price is reasonable, place was clean, staff was very nice. Oh and the tempura was not the best ?. I will continue to make my own sushi at home.
