Even after they tried to fix it, it still wasn't right. This has become a frequent issue for me. I don’t know why I keep making the mistake of ordering from there.
For vegetarians, there are options available, as each sandwich can be customized to your liking. The restaurant is also child-friendly, making it a great spot for families. Regarding parking, there are spaces available in both the front and back of the restaurant. If you have dietary restrictions, I recommend checking the menu items and asking specific questions for more information. The staff is always pleasant and willing to help.
I visited for lunch and ordered two sandwiches, but somehow ended up with four. When I reviewed my bill, I noticed I was charged $31. When I approached the staff to clarify the situation, the man acted like there was no mistake on his part. He showed a complete lack of integrity, failing to admit that he had made an error and offer to correct it. Poor customer service can truly ruin a dining experience! I won’t be returning; it took them 20 minutes to locate my order and refund my money. Instead of apologizing and trying to resolve the issue, they were simply unprofessional.
They are not as fast as other jimmy johns, so they might wait for a few more minutes than they would be in the rule. we had a pack before a Tuesday and the same girl we ordered on Friday, said that we stop selling the last week I was like hm. we had one on Tuesday, she said, no. smh. I moved on. it wasn't worth the argument, so we order something else.
I came in for lunch and ordered two sandwiches and somehow received 4 sandwiches when I looked at my receipt which they gave me along with the sandwiches I saw I paid 31.00$ when I went back to the man to clarify he acted like whatever as if he made no mistake had absolutely no integrity enough to say “sorry I made a mistake let me fix that” …. So then I asked for a refund the didn’t even know which ticket was mine and tried to accuse me of not paying with the same card that was provided when I was this establishment was rude nasty and full of people who just don’t care ! Customer service can ruin a meal if not done properly! I will never go back there again it took them 20 min to find my order and return my money and instead of them apologizing and trying to fixing it the situation they were rude and unprofessional!
