I order today and have a coupon from the app, the cashier asks the code I tell her she says she has to get the manager to do it. Im fine with that except I waited 15min to get to the window for the coupon to have expired and not be usable any longer.
The total time from pulling in the parking to receiving our food...27 minutes. Ordered nuggets, 2 small burgers , 1 small fry and a coke. The nuggets were cold, were given the wrong sauce and the wrong drink. Couldnt even take it back to fix. To re-wait in line for 30 minutes....no thanks! I thought Burger King was fast food. Not one employee had any sense of urgency. Which is a MUST when working in the food industry. PERIOD.
You have to be patient in the drive-thru, but the employees are polite and courteous. Food was hot and delicious!
Good experience. Whopper seemed better than normal. Not sure if they changed anything, or was just on point. ?
