Bojangles - Gastonia

At 8:15 PM, I visited the drive-thru. I ordered 40 pieces of chicken, but the employee informed me that they didn't have that many available. When we inquired about alternative options or whether we should place a different order, we received no response. Then, a man spoke over the loudspeaker to announce that they had run out of fries, and this was just 45 minutes before closing time!

I had a disappointing experience with their family meals. I was told to wait 20 minutes because they were preparing fresh chicken, but when I got home to serve it, it was terrible! The chicken didn’t look fresh at all; it seemed like it had been reused. You could taste the burnt oil in it. This is now the second time I’ve encountered this issue. I used to love Bojangles, but this is just unacceptable. I won’t be purchasing from them again.

This restaurant should be closed. The service is not only incredibly slow, but the staff become hostile if you request anything extra. I tried using DoorDash to avoid dealing with the unpleasant employees, but they canceled my order. It seems they want to avoid doing any actual work and would rather stand around collecting a paycheck. I will never return to this place, and I strongly recommend others avoid it as well.
