Asuka Sushi Hibachi - Gastonia

I placed a delivery order, but they didn't include two items I purchased. While the prices weren't high, I still expected to receive everything I ordered. The delivery took about 50 minutes, but unfortunately, the rice was cold, and the main meal was barely warm. I didn't order sushi, so I can't comment on that, but the hibachi steak with scallops was of poor quality and tasted quite bland. Overall, I am very disappointed with my meal.

I would not recommend this restaurant. I've never encountered such a terrible shrimp sauce, and the roasted rice was quite bland. I would give it one star, but the dessert had a decent flavor.

If there were 10 stars, I would give it that rating! The sushi here is the most delicious I’ve ever had, and the presentation is truly exceptional. The couple who owns this gem make it an unforgettable dining experience. I loved every aspect of this culinary journey.

Terrible customer service. I commanded a phone call and was told to go through the drive for pickup. at the arrival for picking up I have cracked the bell and literally watched how 4 different people patiently wait for a greeting or something and more than when they did not see me. So I thought maybe they were busy, so I wanted to go in. there was literally a person in the restaurant! 2 of the 4 people who saw me waiting at the window offered almost 5 minutes no excuse or thank you for their patient as I entered. no greeting or anything they have ordered. the eating was decent I got the sweet hibachi but will not go back and do not recommend.

Tried this place for the 1st time today and I ordered the hibachi steak and white rice. What I got was brown rice and the hibachi steak was a horrible flavor. Very dissatisfied with my experience. The rice was wrong and honestly the soup was the only thing I could ingest and it was not the best. Sorry but I do not recommend this place.
