Subway - Garrettsville

I went to a large subway restaurant this morning with some elderly ladies. The staff working there were not very friendly and quite rude, except for that the restaurant itself was great and very clean. The customer service could use some improvement.

Garrettsville Metro consistently delivers high-quality food that is always fresh and exactly what you order. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

I didn't order my sandwich using the restaurant's app and when I asked for a replacement, they said they would be happy to do so next time. However, they failed to mention that there was a two-week limit before they would no longer honor the replacement.

Just your everyday subway. Disappointed that their employees don't wear masks.

This Subway is very clean. The employees were knowledgeable and efficient. This store uses a third party delivery system through the online ordering system. I don't advise using this, the time slot that the customer indicates for pickup is never the same as the time slot the third party uses. So your sub will be late coming to you.This store does offer store pickup and curbside pick up. It is wheelchair accessible.
