Cal's Pizza Express - Garrettsville

Always happy with the pizza. Tryed the dunes for the first time on Father's Day and the pasta was okay. The eggplant parm was presumably boiled and cooked or simply made from frozen microwaves. I should have known it better than to order it here, but it was always a reliable way to tell me if a restaurant does things itself or warms up again. The server was very attentive and treats a largish group well. I understand that they dress up the dining room so it's less cramped, which is good. I had to stand up to allow another party to come to their stand, and the servers have to put things on the table that is not great. More spaced seats will be a big plus.

Food was really good! We went to a busy time, there was a little rush / confusion through the staff, but it seemed as if they found out everything and didn't get orders messed up. Would recommend this place for a good meal, and also great cake!

I love this place... My husband and I have eaten here and now our children will eat here. Love chicken!

1st time since pandemic,decent service,we had good meals..everyone went home full. Moderate to small crowd for Friday nite.
