Ugly Mug Bean Brew - Garner

I was so excited to eat here. We got the breakfast tacos. Everything was burnt. Couldn’t taste anything but over cooked food.. They tasted horrible. Yes I have ate these before and they tasted amazing. The cook in the back needs to slow down instead of making food so fast it’s all getting burnt. Yuck what a waste of money

Reading some of these reviews makes me really sad because I feel that they are a really unfair representation of a large local store. I met this place at least three, sometimes four times a week and I never had a bad experience. It is a smaller, local, family business so, yes, you will wait a little longer and the menu is not big, but they do more than make for them in quality and how great the staff are. I'm a coffee drinker and they never disappointed me. I will continue to support this local business and I recommend it 100%!

Recently moved from Seattle and I was looking for a local coffee shop. This place is great! Love the decor, the atmosphere and especially the coffee was delicious! Very recommended and cannot wait to come back!

The Ugly Mug is such a fun place to meet friends or a relaxing place to enjoy a cup of coffee and a good book! Jeremy, Amanda and the entire staff treat you like family! Love you guys!!

Great place to sit and spend time with friends. I've never had any issues with the food or the staff. I highly recommend it!!
