Simple Twist - Garner

This place is consistently hit or miss. We have been coming here for awhile but, food quality is lacking as well as service. You will wait a good hour for food and they won't even be busy. They're also always out of something...it never fails. Fries are almost always soggy and cold. It's unfortunate because it has potential.

The food was absolutely mid. none of the items that we ordered were finished. if it wasn’t for the anxiety i absolutely would’ve said something and sent it back, but the girl servicing us was so sweet i didn’t have the heart to do it. the atmosphere was super cute though, and all of the staff is super friendly and sweet. they just need extra attention and change to the menu.

Ordered the Wake and Bacon burger, which has great flavor but came out Very Well done and fries (which were room temp/tasted old). Price for the burger seemed appropriate and settled for the burger after they said they had not pork for their Cuban sandwich.It wasn't busy at all and Lyn (great service) offered to replace them but I didn't really have time to wait another 10-15 for the food to come out.The interior has a lot of potential and a decent beer selection. I hope the kitchen can get it together and it was just an off day... But looking at the other reviews, I dunno.Probably won't be back.

... Rest in peace, Simple Twist. We miss the old version of you so much, but it's time to say goodbye. We never anticipated having such a terrible experience.

Out of most sides took 1 hr to receive appetizers well over 2 hrs wasted
