Taco Bell - Gardendale

If you live in Gardendale, you know how bad the fast food is here, even the Chick Fil A. But for what reason this Taco Bell is the only exception! Day or night they always get me consistently with hot food, no matter how many cars there are before me! Tonight there were about 6 cars in front of me and I came in 10 minutes with my perfect order! It helps to use the app like me, but this place is really great and deserves recognition! This can be a rare event where a Taco Bell is consistently better than Chick Fil A and that speaks for itself!

Terrible service. Staff kept asking me to repeat the order, after pulling to the pickup window we hd to wait while the cashier sat on the counter talking to a coworker. She didn?t provide the requested condiments and walked away and sat back on thecountertop immediately after handing us our order. We were unable to gain her attention to remind her about the missingcondiments

Helpful and friendly staff. We were greeted when we came in, and they let us know right away that the counter person would not be in till 11, and we were welcome to use the automated kiosks to place order now. Food was accurate and good. Staff helpedothers while we're were there, including some who had issues with the kiosk. They were friendly and professional the wholetime. Restaurant also clean and well maintained

Live in the area and will never be back got wifes orders wrong locked customers inside and customers outside with 4 works and the driver through was not even backed up. Had a cook tell me because the Nacho Froz we're back and by only had 4 workers and that they couldn't keep up why they were locking people in and keep trying to keep people out of the lobby. Next time I'lldrive the extra 35 minutes or stop going to taco bell all together If corporate saw the sales for that day . Maybe Corporateneeds to come out and show them how to run that ship

Nope. I only go there if I?m absolutely craving Taco Bell and disappointment. In the past two years they?ve probably gotten our order right twice. It?s become a game to us now. No one looks at the food until we get home. We take bets on how bad the orderis screwed up. It?s gotten to the point where we order extra tacos because we know we?re going to be missing something. It?s noteven worth reporting because the employees there clearly could care less.
