Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Gardendale

This was my first time at a Dairy Queen. The experience was exceptional! We stopped to eat for the kids after a football match. The lady at the passage was friendly and personal. She packed the children together in separate pockets without asking them. That was so much appreciated! They are fast and efficient! If we're back in the area, we're gonna stop.

We went after my daughter sports events for frozen deserts. It was very good. Hard to choose what to get bc the wide range of tasty decisions

The blizzards had a weird smell an taste. We didn't have time to come back. You didn't send any enough email.

The hours are CLEARLY listed as closing at 10pm on Google Maps AND at the store's entrance BUT you will be refused service promptly at 9pm or any time leading up to 10pm. Employees are glad to treat you like you are the person who doesn't understandhow a clock works with as much smugness that they can fit into one of their flimsy paper bags. I know that this will get acopy/paste careless response from some computer program or corporate shill but maybe this will serve as fair warning to peoplewho don't want to be treated colder than their ice cream.

Almost every time we go when the sun is down, they are closed. The hours on the website state that they are open until 10 PM, but the Gardendale location closes whenever they feel like it. Not to mention our visits have been sub par. The last time theywere open and we were able to get food, they forgot half of our kids meal. They managed to hand us a banana and milk, but nochicken nuggets and fries. This place has really gone downhill.
