Ramen Shack Takumiya - Gardena

Had my first bowl the other day of the “Black” tonkotsu ramen, no extras. Absolutely delicious bowl with nice fat globules giving the base a rich heartiness. The chase is also flavorful; includes two pieces, which seemed just enough. The noodles were on the chewy side, which I prefer. I thought the bowl was small but I felt almost too full after just that single bowl.

You gotta make good ramen to make it in the extremely competitive South Bay ramen fighting ring, and Takumiya can hold their own quite well, offering excellent tonkotsu ramen. My only critical comment would be that the egg was completely hard boiled, while it is much better to have a somewhat liquid yolk. Also, the seating along the wall has a piece of wood trim that goes right into one's back. Needs padding. Parking was good. Price was excellent. Save room for the flan!

Best of Ramen !!!!! I love soy sauce Ramen , Gyoza and Fried rice!!!!!! Cheap , First and very good service!!! I want to go there everyday!
