Rally's - Gardena

The pathway to the restaurant has a strong smell of urine, and the overall cleanliness is alarming. I noticed black dirt covering the entire walkway, and there was litter everywhere—I couldn't believe it was this bad that I felt compelled to take pictures and videos to share with my friends and family. The soda and milkshake machines were filthy; I wouldn't be surprised if there were rats around. I just hope I don’t get sick. The staff's uniforms were also dirty while they handled our food. This place is in desperate need of thorough cleaning and disinfection; it's truly unacceptable.

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and I can't understand why more people haven't tried their burgers. The burger was made fresh to order and absolutely delicious. I really appreciate that they season both buns with spices.

The food was absolutely delicious! The cheeseburger and fries were amazing—OMG! The desserts are fantastic as well. The only downside was the large number of homeless individuals in the area who approached my car to ask for money while I was waiting in line to order.

This location has its running gear thru lines one for actual customers and the other for instacart submissions etc. make sure they get everything before leaving. beautiful ladies all the time

I've given this place multiple chances and everytime I order online either things are missing or they mess up my order. I almost waited 1 whole hour one night cause they didn't notify my driver or me that they weren't serving wings late night. Awful service
