Ordered 2 Large pizzas with a side of wings at 10:30 am on a Tuesday. I would imagine papa Johns would not be very busy in the morning. The email said the order would arrive approximately in 36 minutes.The order arrived in 80 minutes, and one of the pizzas was burnt with really hard crust.Not sure what's going on with Papa Johns but quality is definitely free falling. Very frustrating.Management, get your store together.

I ordered TWO pepperoni pizzas for delivery. Simple order. Estimated delivery time was less than 30 minutes. One hour later I received a text message stating that my pizza was just delivered. There was ONE pizza left at my door. How do you forget half of my order?! I immediately texted that number. No response. I called the Papa John's location 4 times to state my issue and find out what happened to my other pizza and no one ever answered! My order was $54 including tip. That's what I paid for one bland pizza, 1 shriveled up peppercini and one cup of dip. This location should be ashamed of itself. What a ripoff! What a disgrace! Never ordering from here again.
